Dave Alcock ~ Owner and Master Trainer


Originally from Wales, Dave has always had a love of sports and outdoor activities. Growing up he enjoyed playing Rugby, Soccer, and Field Hockey. After a few seasons sitting on the sidelines, he realized that he was more interested in sports that now, for insurance purposes, fall into the 'extreme' category, sports such as Surfing, Skateboarding, Skiing, Ice climbing, Hiking, and Inline skating. Dave is not a pure adrenaline junkie, however, he is also very interested in martial arts and has been for quite a while. At this point he is involved in Skiing and also very interested in Ski Boot fitting. This involves knowledge of Biomechanics. These sports and activities have really driven home the importance of functional fitness.
